Financial Education

To promote client awareness of saving, debt management, family cash flow management, proper investment and credit discipline, SAMIC, in partnership with, Good Return and CMA, had conducted the financial literacy training program called “CAFE Project” in a few branches. It was participated by the total of 631 audience, including 560 female. The training sessions were conducted by CAFE Project Trainers and Credit Officers.

Based on the assessment of CAFE initiative implementation, the majority of participants could have good understanding of the money tracking in and out, cash savings, SAMIC’s products and services, debt responsibility, undertaking of weekly money tracking, and better financial management and proper use of loans.
